Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take within South Africa?

Delivery takes 2–4 working days for cleanser and collagen orders. Please note that local vinyl private label orders have an estimated turnaround time of 2 weeks due to custom branding and processing.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We do not accept exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist with a return or replacement where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! All international orders are shipped via DHL for reliable and tracked delivery.

Are customs duties and taxes included for international shipping?

No, customs duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, according to your country’s import regulations.

Private Label South Africa

What branding options are available?

For local orders with smaller MOQs, all private label products are branded using high-quality vinyl labels.

How long does it take to receive my private label order?

Private label orders have an estimated ETA of 2 weeks from the date the final label artwork is approved.

How does the process work for private label?

It’s simple and seamless:

  1. Place your order online.
  2. Email your logo and any branding guidelines to:

  3. We’ll create a custom mock-up of your product for your review.
  4. Once you approve the design, we’ll finalise production and ship your private label products directly to you.
Will the label colours match my digital design exactly?

Please note that label colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in digital displays and final print output.

Can I order private label products in small quantities?

Yes! Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) start at 20 units for vinyl labels. We offer low MOQs to make launching your brand more accessible.

Can I make changes to my label design after approval?

Once your design is approved and sent for print, no changes can be made, so please check all details carefully before giving final sign-off.

Is private label available outside South Africa?

What branding options are available?

We offer two premium branding options:
Vinyl labels for all products, starting at a minimum of 100 units (for foaming cleansers)
Direct-to-product printing available at set higher MOQs

How long does it take to receive my private label order?

For vinyl label products, production takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the time your design is approved.


For direct-to-product printing, production takes around 4–8 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.

Shipping times vary by location and will be confirmed during your order process.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way to ensure a smooth experience.

Can I order private label products in small quantities?

For international orders, our minimum order quantity is 100 units for vinyl-labeled foaming cleansers.


For direct printing, higher MOQs apply. Please contact us for options and pricing.

Cleanser Formulation

Is your cleanser formulation compliant with international regulations?

Yes! Our cleanser formulation is fully compliant with FDA, EU and UK cosmetic regulations.


We provide proof of CPNP notification and product compliance upon request, giving you full peace of mind when selling in regulated markets.


MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are also available upon request.

What is the shelf life of your cleansers?

– Our foam and gel cleansers are best used within 6 months after opening (marked as "6M" on packaging).
– Our sachets are single-use and should be used immediately after opening for maximum freshness and hygiene.

Is the cleanser safe for sensitive eyes and skin?

Yes! Our cleanser is tested and formulated to be gentle and safe for sensitive eyes and skin, making it ideal for daily use - even with eyelash extensions.

For very sensitive skin, we recommend the Gentle Foaming Cleanser.

Is the cleanser vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Our cleanser is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, with no animal testing involved in any stage of production.
